Established in 2002, Prolines is Ireland’s oldest Naval Architects firm still in operation. Prolines Naval Architecture and Marine Surveyors offer new and modification design services across Ireland & Europe to both the leisure and commercial sectors. All of our team members are accredited members of the Royal Institute of Naval Architects.  Prolines Naval Architecture and Marine Surveyors also employs Ireland’s only chartered naval architect working in the private marine sector. To back up our naval architecture, Prolines offer a range of marine surveying services including condition surveys, valuation surveys, damage surveys, repair superintending and insurance assessment. As part of our Marine Surveying portfolio we also do Marine Accident Investigation and Professional Witnessing.

Prolines naval architecture and marine surveyors employs Ireland’s only fully accredited Royal Institute of Naval Architecture engineers. With over 15 years of experience dealing with complex design issues Prolines has the know how and expertise to find the right design solutions for your maritime needs.

Using state of the art software and 3d modelling tools such as the Wolfson Unit Stability Software, modern CAD design tools and a Leica total work station Prolines can developed accurate and real life models and calculations.

Prolines have produced 100’s of stability book and structural reports for all types of commercial vessels, submitting this work to all the major classification societies and many of the larger flag states in Europe.
